Here are the steps to import and export mail from the Gmail manager.

Import from Gmail:

Log in to your gmail account and click on the configuration option:

A window will open where you should click on See all settings.

In the "Settings" screen access the Accounts and Import section.

In "Accounts and import" click on the Import mail and contacts option.

The following screen will open where you must enter the email account from which you want to import the emails and click on Continue.

Enter the POP mail server access data; account password, POP user and POP server name and click Continue.

Note: If you want to import mail from an account you have in cdmon, the POP user is the mail account you want to import and the server name is pop3.domainname.

You will access the import options, where we advise you to check the option "Leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server" and click Start import.

The system will indicate that the messages are being imported. Click OK.

At the end of the import you will be able to see your messages in the Gmail manager.

Export from Gmail:

Click on the Google user icon.

Sign in to Manage your Google Account.

Click on the Data and personalization option.

In the "Data and Personalization" screen, look for the Download, delete or make a plan for your data section and click on the Download your data option.

Uncheck all products with the Deselect all option.

Check only the Mail option and click on Next Step.

In the next screen you will have to choose the export method and click on Create export.
