The following list shows a series of recommendations so that you don’t have any connection loss once your domain has expired, and you don’t need to pay extra for your renewals for expiration penalty fees:

  • Renew a domain always before it expires.
  • Preferably use as payment method the credit card from the web, also by credit card by calling (+34) 93 826 49 11 - (+34) 91 182 27 67 or by PayPal. This way the order is processed immediately.

  • If you want to pay by bank transfer and the domain is already expired (in the grace period, about to enter the penalty period) we recommend you to speed up the payment and send us immediately the receipt to comercial@cdmon.com or by fax to (+34) 93 018 51 66 as soon as possible. If you delay in making the payment, the domain may enter the penalty period and the cost of the renewal will be much higher.

  • If some time ago you requested a renewal order with payment method deposit / bank transfer and your domain was expired at that time, you must place a new order to verify that the domain has not entered the penalty period.
