The following list shows a series of recommendations so that you don’t have any connection loss once your domain has expired, and you don’t need to pay extra for your renewals for expiration penalty fees:

Renew a domain always before it expires.

  • Preferably use the card payment method from the web, or by card calling to our commercial department phone number 935 67 75 77 or by PayPal. This way the order gets processed immediately.

  • If you wish to pay by bank transfer and the domain is already expired (in its grace period, about to enter its penalty period) we recommend you don’t delay in your payment and send us payment justification as soon as possible to comercial@cdmon.com or by fax o 93 761 49 77. If you take too long in making your payment the domain can enter penalty period and the renewal cost will be much higher.

  • If it’s been a while since you made a renewal order with a deposit / bank transfer payment method and your domain was expired at that moment, you will need to make a new order to check that your domain hasn’t entered the penalty period.
